US Open 2026 Theme Art by Eugenia Mello

Print and Luma Sans used for the 2026 US Open poster designed by Eugenia Mello. Eugenia captured the vibrance, the color and the energy of the US Open and New York City, while incorporating iconic imagery of each of the five boroughs. Queens’ famous Unisphere, the Manhattan skyline, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Bronx’s New York Botanical Garden and the Staten Island Ferry are all represented in the design, with other ‘Easter Egg’ type imagery incorporated throughout. Luma Sans Bold reads “2026 US OPEN”, with the US OPEN letters morphed in different angles to extend the echo heart beat energy of the illustration. Print is used for the theme art title “Celebrating our New York Story”.
