Faire Type team, Sabrina Nacmias and Maxime Gau, receive 2023 TDC Ascenders Award.
We were honored to be recognized as Ascenders by the Type Directors Club, the world’s leading typography organization. The Ascenders award celebrates typographers, letting artists, and type designers doing great work ages 35 and under.
We were recipients of this award alongside 34 other talented winners (or duos) from 14 countries. “While Ascenders was originally envisioned to celebrate those breaking into the field, it has very quickly become about recognizing those already leading, carrying our industry to new heights and aspirations,” said Ksenya Samarskaya, TDC managing director.
We had the pleasure of attending the award ceremony at the One Club for Creativity in NYC, where we were able to meet many of the fellow winners. Thanks again to the TDC for believing in our work!
